The WARM long johns from Blaklader are a thermal base layer for anyone who has to work outdoors when temperatures drop well below freezing. Whether on a construction site, a rooftop, or out in wind and wet conditions, this base layer is designed to keep the body warm and dry when the cold really sets in. Extra warm zones are built into the back and sides, exactly where cold tends to penetrate fastest.

The long johns are made from 100% merino wool at 200 g/m², rib-knitted for a close, comfortable fit. This natural fibre regulates moisture on its own and feels pleasant against the skin, without the itch often associated with wool. Contrast stitching gives it a clean finish, while an elastic waistband and close-fitting cuffs at the leg openings keep everything in place during movement, which matters when it is worn under workwear. Washing is done at a maximum of 40°C with wool detergent, without bleaching, dry cleaning, ironing or tumble drying.

Recommended for temperatures between -5°C and -30°C, this base layer is a solid choice for winter work outdoors. It is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, meaning the material has been tested for harmful substances.
