Product information "UV High-Visibility Polo Shirt Carlos"
The Carlos UV hi-vis polo shirt is built for anyone who needs to stay visible outdoors during summer without sacrificing comfort. It suits work where good visibility matters but a stiff, uncomfortable garment simply will not do. Available from size S to 4XL, it fits a wide range of wearers.
The outer fabric, a 75% polyester and 25% cotton interlock blend at around 185 g/m², makes for a genuinely comfortable wear. The cotton content keeps the shirt breathable and helps manage moisture, so it stays comfortable even on hot days. A reinforced button placket prevents buttonholes and buttons from tearing out under regular use, while the left chest pocket adds practical storage for the working day. The collar, placket and buttons are colour-matched to the reflective tape for a coordinated look. The fabric is washable at 40°C and rated by the manufacturer for 25 wash cycles.
The shirt meets EN ISO 20471 class 2, the standard for high-visibility clothing worn in daylight and low-light conditions, ensuring the wearer stays clearly visible on roads or construction sites. It also offers UPF 40+ sun protection under EN 13758-2, a genuine benefit during the summer months. EN ISO 13688 sets out general requirements for protective clothing, confirming its overall suitability for professional use.
This makes the Carlos polo shirt well suited to road and civil engineering work, logistics, and construction sites, wherever visibility needs to be maintained in warm weather.
