The Poba universal overboot protects legs and feet wherever work involves chemicals, particles or infectious agents. Designed to complement a chemical protective suit, it suits industrial, laboratory and waste management users who need reliable partial body protection in sizes up to 45. The knee-high cut, anti-slip sole and fixing straps keep the overboot securely in place during work, preventing it from slipping down.
The outer material is Tyvek® substrate with a polymer coating, a tough polyethylene fabric that forms a barrier against a wide range of chemicals and liquids. The seams are partly sewn and additionally taped, reducing permeability at the seam lines and adding durability under real working conditions. The antistatic finish to EN 1149-1 also makes the overboot suitable for environments where electrostatic discharge poses a risk.
Classification as PSA category 3, type PB [3-B] to EN 14605 confirms particle- and liquid-tight partial body protection against liquid chemicals. The additional certification to EN 14126 shows that the material has also been tested against infective agents, making the overboot suitable for settings involving biological hazards.
The overboots are supplied in packs of 25 pairs, not individually wrapped, making them a practical choice for regular demand in industrial, healthcare or cleaning operations.
