The outer fabric, a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton at around 245 g/m², strikes a balance between durability for everyday work and a lightweight feel suited to warm weather. Triple-stitched seams help the shorts hold up under repeated stress at key points, while the part-elasticated waistband moves with the body instead of restricting it. The practical pocket layout rounds things off: two side pockets, a thigh pocket with pen holders, two back pockets with one featuring a flap, and a dedicated ruler pocket keep tools and small items close at hand without constant trips back to the toolbox.
