This Kevlar® reinforcement transfer is designed for anyone who wants their work trousers to last longer without giving up comfort. It is applied exactly where knee pad pockets take the most strain, protecting that specific area from premature wear. It comes as a pair, measuring 16x23 cm, sized to fit the knee pad pocket area.
Kevlar® is known for its strong resistance to abrasion while still remaining flexible and comfortable to wear. The transfer is applied using a transfer machine, at 160 to 190 degrees Celsius, 5 to 6 bar of pressure, for 30 seconds. Once applied, it blends into the trousers without changing their fit or feel, so the trousers stay comfortable to move in while gaining real durability exactly where the knee pad pocket sits.
In practical terms, this reinforcement suits trades where a lot of kneeling puts heavy strain on the knee pad pocket. Craftsmen, gardeners, electricians, roofers, installers, sheet metal workers, floor layers and concrete workers all benefit from trousers that simply last longer, without needing to replace them.
