The Arctic thermal overall is a padded one-piece suit designed for anyone working outdoors in cold, windy or wet conditions. By combining trousers and jacket into a single garment, it closes the gap at the waist and lower back that separate pieces often leave exposed, making it a solid choice for security staff, warehouse workers or anyone on outdoor duty through the colder months. The adjustable waist and the zip along the outer leg seam make it easy to put on and take off, even over safety boots or other clothing.
The outer fabric is an Oxford weave made from 100% polyester with a PVC coating, which gives the overall its wind- and water-resistant properties. The seams are welded rather than stitched, so no water can seep in at these points - a detail that basic rainwear often lacks. Inside, a 100% polyester wadding paired with a fully polyester lining provides warmth without adding unnecessary weight or stiffness. Knitted cuffs at the sleeve ends help keep cold air from creeping in.
With a water column rating of 2,000 mm, the overall holds up against sustained rain and moisture from below without letting dampness through. The detachable padded hood can be added or removed depending on the weather and the task at hand, while the concealed two-way front zip protects the zipper itself from moisture and can be opened from either the top or the bottom. Five hook-and-loop pockets - two on the chest, two at the hips and one on the seat - offer plenty of storage for tools, gloves or personal items without popping open during movement.
This overall suits any profession that involves extended outdoor work, including road and construction work, outdoor warehouse and logistics roles, security services, and agriculture or forestry. It comes in sizes S to 3XL and is also supplied in packs of 5, making it a practical option for equipping larger teams.
