The TPR half-mask kit is a ready-to-use respiratory protection solution for anyone who needs reliable defence against airborne particles without having to source and fit filters separately. The P421 half-mask arrives with a pair of P941 P3 particulate filters already fitted, so it's ready to wear straight out of the pack. For hygiene reasons it's supplied in a resealable bag, which also makes it convenient to store as spare protective equipment.
The mask is made from thermoplastic rubber (TPR), a material that stays flexible and moulds to the contours of the face instead of digging in. The ergonomically shaped headband, combined with a 4-point plastic harness and an adjustable buckle, spreads the weight evenly and can be tailored to the wearer, keeping the mask comfortable even during extended use. It also disassembles quickly for cleaning, while the ABS filter holders and front exhalation valve are built to withstand repeated use on the job.
The mask carries CE certification under CE CAT III, the category covering equipment designed to protect against serious, irreversible harm to health. Fitted with P3 filters, it delivers the highest level of particulate filtration available, guarding against both solid and liquid particles. The dual bayonet filter connectors also make it compatible with the P902, P921, P941, P952 and P971 filter range, allowing the level of protection to be adjusted to suit the task at hand.
Available in sizes S/M and M/L, the kit accommodates different face shapes and suits work involving dust or particulate exposure, such as construction, grinding and cutting, or general industrial manufacturing.
