The Stronghand® WELDER-PROFI4 is a welding glove built for anyone who regularly deals with heat, sparks and mechanical stress on the job. With a length of around 35 cm, the gauntlet extends well beyond the wrist, giving reliable protection to the forearm from sparks and splashes too – a feature that clearly sets it apart from shorter work gloves.
It is made from quality cowhide leather in a warm biscuit-beige tone, with the palm crafted from especially soft full-grain cowhide and the back of the hand and cuff from more rugged split cowhide. This combination delivers a comfortable feel on the inside while keeping the more exposed outer surfaces tough and durable. A leather thickness of about 1.3 mm gives the glove the stability needed for welding work without compromising too much on dexterity. Seams are sewn with cotton thread reinforced with aramid yarn for extra strength at the stress points, and a cotton lining adds comfort during extended wear.
The glove is certified to EN 388, the standard covering mechanical risks such as abrasion, cut and puncture resistance, and to DIN EN 12477 in Type A, the standard specifically for welders' protective gloves, confirming protection against heat, sparks and mechanical stress during welding.
This makes the WELDER-PROFI4 a strong choice for welders and metalworkers who face sparks, hot workpieces and sharp-edged materials on a daily basis. Supplied in packs of 60 pairs with a minimum order of 12 pairs, it is also a practical option for businesses that need to stock up on welding gloves regularly and in larger quantities.
