These hi-vis work trousers from the Allround Warnschutz range are built for anyone who needs to stay visible and protected on the job – whether on roads, construction sites, in logistics or agriculture. They combine certified safety with a cut designed for movement rather than restriction, making them a genuine all-rounder for demanding daily work.
The main fabric, a blend of cotton, recycled polyester and elastane at 250 g/m², provides a sturdy yet lightweight base. A second, hard-wearing fabric made from polyester and Tencel™ lyocell adds a soft feel against the skin and is produced from wood-based fibres. Targeted 4-way stretch panels with a high Sorona® content sit at the waistband, back and above the knees, flexing with movement and springing back into shape – noticeable when bending, kneeling or climbing. Two large ventilation openings with mesh inserts keep air circulating as temperatures change, and an inner zip allows an optional windstopper lining to be added, turning the trousers into a warmer winter version when needed. Reinforced, stitched knee pads and a built-in hem extension add durability and let the length be adjusted as required. The trousers are suitable for industrial laundering.
Certified to EN ISO 20471, class 2, the trousers provide reliable high-visibility protection thanks to wide, segmented reflective stripes on both legs plus an additional reflective strip along the side seam, keeping the wearer visible in low light or poor visibility. The built-in UV protection, tested to DIN EN 13758-2 with a factor of 40+, also guards against intense sun exposure during outdoor work.
This makes the trousers well suited to work in road traffic, port and airport operations, rail services, logistics and transport, as well as construction sites and agricultural work – anywhere visibility, freedom of movement and weather protection all matter at once.
