Product information "Steelite Safety Slipper S2"
The Steelite Safety Slipper S2 is designed for anyone working in kitchens, food production or medical environments who needs to get footwear on and off quickly without compromising on safety. Its slip-on fit does away with laces or straps that would be impractical in these settings, making it a fast, convenient choice between shifts.
The microfibre upper wipes clean easily and can be machine washed at 30°C, saving real time in hygiene-conscious workplaces. It's also water-resistant, helping keep moisture from the outside at bay. A padded collar adds noticeable comfort over long shifts, and since the shoe is fully vegan, it contains no animal-derived materials at all.
At its core sits a steel toecap that protects against impact and compression, backed up by an energy-absorbing heel area that cushions the impact of each step. The outsole is slip-resistant as well as fuel- and oil-resistant, and it's self-cleaning, which helps prevent cross-contamination in sensitive areas such as cleanrooms or food processing. The shoe is also antistatic and completely nickel- and iron-free, making it non-magnetic – a useful feature for workplaces with such requirements. CE certification to S2 confirms these protective properties.
This makes the Steelite S2 a strong fit for staff in kitchens, food manufacturing, hospitals, laboratories and cleanrooms, where hygiene, slip resistance and toe protection all matter equally. Available in black and white, in unisex sizes 34 to 49.
