This five-piece set of spiral-profile sockets is the proven tool when bolts and screws are stripped, worn, or damaged and can no longer be gripped with standard sockets. The sockets feature a 1/2" square drive that fits all standard torque wrenches, ratchets, and power tools with this drive size. Covering sizes from 8 to 16 mm, the set addresses the most common fastener sizes in workshops and on job sites.
The spiral profile engages in damaged screw heads where conventional sockets would simply slip. This allows you to remove seized or corroded fasteners without further damaging the head.
