This socket-type screw extractor with spiral profile is purpose-designed to remove damaged or seized fasteners. The 11 mm extractor fits a 10 mm (3/8 inch) square drive and works with any ratchet or socket wrench in that size. The spiral profile engages the fastener head securely and provides the gripping force you need to turn the tool.
As you turn the extractor, the spiral winding creates a progressive backward force that gently loosens stubborn fasteners. This makes it possible to extract corroded or paint-locked screws more often without damaging the workpiece or surrounding material.
The tool is essential equipment in any workshop, especially during restoration and repair jobs where damaged fastener heads are common. It pays for itself on the first difficult removal.
