The EASY STEP SA from Nitras' EASY STEP SA line is a safety sandal designed for anyone who needs reliable foot protection during summer or in warm working conditions but wants to avoid a fully enclosed shoe. It suits workers in workshops, warehouses and production environments who are on their feet for long stretches and need a breathable yet secure fit.
The upper is made from robust velour leather, giving the sandal stability and a pleasant feel, while the hook-and-loop fastening allows the fit to be adjusted individually. The COMFORT STEP insole is ergonomically shaped for lasting comfort during long shifts, and the heel lining in sturdy microfibre makes the sandal easy to put on and take off while reinforcing the heel area. The PU/TPU outsole is durable and non-marking, so it stays clean even on sensitive floors, and a reflective strip on the heel adds extra visibility.
Certified to S1 P, the sandal features a protective fibreglass toe cap and a puncture-resistant textile midsole, entirely metal-free. The outsole meets the SRC slip-resistance standard, providing secure footing on various surfaces, and the construction is ESD-capable for use in areas with electrostatic discharge risks. Tested according to DGUV Regel 112-191, the sandal falls under PPE risk category II and type 1.
