This safety hose bridge made from recycled rubber protects hoses and cables at points where vehicles or pedestrians would otherwise run over them. It fits hoses up to 3 inches in diameter and is a practical solution wherever construction sites, workshops or event areas need a temporary crossing point without risking damage to lines underneath.
The robust recycled rubber construction holds up well under load and weathering, while still flexing to adapt to uneven ground instead of sitting rigidly on top of it. The interlocking connector pieces double as carry handles, which makes setup, breakdown and transport noticeably easier. At around 14 kg per unit, it stays manageable despite its sturdy build.
The yellow visibility stripes help the bridge stand out even in poor light, reducing the risk of trips or collisions. With a maximum load capacity of 15 tonnes it is built to handle vehicle traffic, though it is worth noting that hose and cable bridges have no road traffic approval, require authorisation, and may only be driven over at a minimum walking pace.
Typical applications include construction sites, industrial premises, fire service operations and events where hoses or cables need to cross walkways or access routes. It ships in space-saving packaging, and for larger operations the hose bridge is also available by the pallet in units of 56.
