The Short-Sleeve Men's Chef Jacket DIAMOND CUT® Avantgarde is designed for chefs who place as much value on a sleek, contemporary look as on freedom of movement at the stove. The slim, tailored cut creates a modern silhouette without compromising the ease of movement needed in a busy kitchen. A stylish stand-up collar adds a distinctive design element that sets this jacket apart from classic chef wear.
Structurally, the jacket combines two different fabrics, each placed where it performs best. The front is made from a twill weave with added stretch and a high proportion of TENCEL™ lyocell, a fibre derived from wood that feels soft and supple and supports a naturally dry wearing sensation. The back and sleeves are made from extra-fine jersey piqué fabric containing recycled polyester from post-consumer material, providing breathability and temperature regulation through long shifts. A loop at the back of the collar holds a bib apron securely in place, a concealed press-stud placket makes putting the jacket on and taking it off effortless, and a small pen pocket on the left sleeve offers space for small utensils. The industrial-wash-suitable construction makes the jacket practical for everyday use in professional kitchens.
The OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification confirms that the materials used have been tested for harmful substances – an assurance of skin-safe wear that matters particularly for workwear with close body contact.
