The Short-Sleeve Chef Jacket for Men DIAMOND CUT® Excellence is designed for chefs who value a modern appearance without giving up functionality in the kitchen. The slightly tailored modern fit creates a slim silhouette, while details such as the doubled stand-up collar, concealed zip and the loop for securing a bib apron make the design as thoughtful as it is elegant.
The front and sleeves are made from a twill fabric containing TENCEL™ lyocell, a fibre derived from the natural raw material wood. It feels soft and supple, supports a naturally dry feel through moisture regulation, and helps reduce odour build-up. The back panel is made from an extra-fine jersey pique that also contains recycled polyester from post-consumer waste, providing noticeably better ventilation, especially in hot kitchen environments. The jacket is suitable for industrial laundering, making it well suited to daily professional kitchen use.
The OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification confirms that the fabric has been tested for harmful substances, offering extra assurance for workwear worn close to the skin.
Practical details such as the zippered chest pocket sized for a mobile phone or small kitchen tools, and the pen loop pocket on the left sleeve, make the jacket well suited for daily use in kitchens and hospitality settings. A matching women's version, the DCJF 11, is available for a coordinated team look.
