The Short-Sleeve Chef Jacket Modern-Touch is designed for anyone who wants to maintain a polished, professional look even on hot and demanding days in the kitchen. Its elegant stand-up collar and concealed button placket give it a modern, streamlined appearance, while the short sleeves and lightweight fabric provide noticeably more freedom of movement and a more comfortable feel at the stove.
The jacket is made from a twill fabric blend of 50% polyester and 50% cotton, weighing 150 g/m². The fabric is finished to a high standard and pre-shrunk, so the fit is retained wash after wash. Snap fasteners allow for quick opening and closing during a busy kitchen shift, while the elegant chest pocket and the practical sleeve pocket on the left arm offer extra storage for small utensils. As the jacket is suitable for industrial laundering, it also holds up well in businesses with high laundry volumes.
The chef jacket is tested and certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, meaning it has been checked for harmful substances and is safe to wear, even in direct skin contact throughout a full working day.
In everyday kitchen use, the jacket proves especially practical during warm weather or in kitchens with high heat exposure, whether in fine dining, hotel catering, or communal food service. The matching item, Chef Jacket Modern-Touch JM 31, is also available as a long-sleeve version in the same design.
