The 127468 shirt from the Welding Protection Classic Proban® line is built for jobs where sparks and heat are part of the daily routine. The classic shirt collar and the front placket with press studs give it the familiar, unfussy look of a standard work shirt – but with a finish that is specifically matched to welding environments.
The fabric is a twill weave made from 98% cotton and 2% other fibres, weighing around 250 g/sqm. That combination results in a sturdy yet comfortable material that holds up well through long shifts and resists mechanical wear thanks to its weave structure. The left chest pocket with flap and press stud keeps small items secure without the risk of them falling out, and the adjustable cuffs with press studs let you fit the sleeves around gloves or personal preference.
Thanks to the Proban® treatment, the fabric is flame-retardant (FR), meaning it won't continue burning uncontrolled if sparks land on it – a key requirement for anyone working near open flame or welding spatter. This makes the shirt a strong choice for welders, metalworkers and fabricators who need dependable protection without sacrificing everyday comfort. It's available in cornflower blue and grey, across twelve sizes from H38 to H49, making it easy to find the right fit for almost any build.
