This 5-finger combination glove from Asatex is designed for welders and anyone who needs sturdy hand protection when working with heat and flying sparks. With an overall length of 35 cm, the cuff extends well beyond the wrist, shielding the forearm from sparks and hot splashes as well.
The palm is made from top-grain cowhide leather, giving a good grip while still allowing enough feel for the workpiece during precise tasks. The back of the hand and the cuff are made from split leather, adding extra durability in the areas that see the most wear during daily use. Inside, a cotton lining makes the glove more comfortable to wear over longer periods, while welted seams reinforce the stitching and extend the glove's working life in demanding workshop conditions.
Thanks to this combination of hard-wearing leather and reinforced seams, the glove is well suited to welding work as well as other tasks in metalworking, locksmithing or industrial settings where heat, sparks or sharp-edged materials are a factor.
