The Spandau protective coverall from Feldtmann is a disposable full-body suit designed for work involving dust, particles and splashes, the kind of conditions found in industrial settings, remediation work or handling of hazardous substances. It covers hood, torso, arms and legs in one piece and is built for single use, making it easy to change between jobs without extra cleaning effort.
The outer material is polypropylene with a microporous PE laminate, while the back panel uses a three-layer SMS nonwoven. This combination keeps the suit breathable across the back even though it is otherwise fully enclosed, which helps prevent heat build-up during longer wear. Elasticated cuffs at the arms, legs and waist, together with the two-piece hood with elastic edging, keep the suit fitted and in place during movement. The two-way zip with a self-adhesive flap opens and closes easily while sealing reliably, and the low-lint, silicone-free construction makes the suit suitable for cleanliness-sensitive environments.
The suit meets PSA category 3, type 5/6, protecting against solid particles under EN ISO 13982-1 and offering limited protection against liquid splashes under EN 13034. EN 1073-2 certification adds protection against contamination from radioactive particles, while EN 1149-5 confirms antistatic properties that matter in environments where electrostatic discharge poses a risk.
