The STRIKER shell jacket is designed as a third or outer layer for women who work outdoors in wind and rain, whether on site, on the road, or in service roles. Cut specifically for a women's fit, it moves with the body thanks to its stretch fabric, staying close without restricting movement.
The three-layer fabric, made from polyamide with an elastane component, stretches in four directions, so the jacket stays flexible through everyday work movements rather than holding you back. Ultrasonically welded seams keep the construction fully waterproof while also feeling soft against the skin, with no rough seam edges to chafe. Underarm zips let air in when you're working hard, without needing to take the jacket off, and the PFAS-free waterproof fabric makes it a more considered choice environmentally as well.
Certification to EN 343 class 4,4 confirms that the jacket has been tested to a high standard for both water penetration resistance and water vapour resistance, in practical terms that means reliable protection through sustained rain, without trapping sweat inside. The fixed, adjustable hood, drawcord hem, and hook-and-loop cuffs allow the fit to be tailored to weather conditions and body shape.
With spacious zipped pockets, including room for large documents, and reflective details on the sleeves, the jacket suits tradeswomen, drivers, and service staff who need to stay visible as well as dry. A matching men's version is available as style 4980.
