The Blaklader STRIKER winter jacket is designed as an outer layer for tradespeople, drivers and service staff who need reliable protection against cold and wet conditions on the job. It is warmly lined and fully wind- and waterproof, complemented by a detachable, adjustable hood and underarm zips that provide extra ventilation whenever needed. A women's version, model 4707, is also available, covering both audiences with the same features.
The outer fabric is a laminated blend of polyamide and spandex with four-way stretch, which in practice means real freedom of movement when reaching overhead or working in a crouched position, without the jacket ever feeling restrictive. The lining is stretch as well, adding to overall comfort, and the fabric itself is PFAS-free while still being waterproof up to 15000 mm. Taped seams keep water out during sustained rain, and the breathable construction helps prevent moisture building up underneath the jacket during physical work.
The jacket meets the EN 343 and EN 342 standards, which cover protection against wind, rain and cold. EN 343 confirms the wind- and waterproofness of the fabric, while EN 342 addresses cold protection and applies together with article 1810. The material is also certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, indicating it has been tested for harmful substances. In everyday terms, this means the jacket stays dry in wind and driving rain and keeps you warm on freezing days.
Practical features such as front pockets with water-repellent zips, an iPad pocket and a lining zip for easy branding make the STRIKER a solid choice for anyone working outdoors or on site. Black reflective details improve visibility in low light, while thumb-loop cuffs and an adjustable drawcord hem help keep the fit secure throughout the day.
