The Blaklader STRIKER fleece jacket is designed as a mid-layer for anyone working outdoors or in changing conditions, from tradespeople and roofers to gardeners, cleaners, painters, fishermen and warehouse staff. Its close, body-mapped fit means it slips comfortably under an outer shell without adding bulk, while mesh panels under the arms keep air moving when the work gets physical.
The fabric is a hardwearing 4-way stretch blend of polyester and elastane weighing 265 g/m², with a channelled grid fleece lining on the inside that balances insulation, ventilation and moisture management. The construction is built to stand up to wind, rain and cold, so in practice you get a jacket that moves with you, feels soft against the skin and doesn't turn damp and clammy once you're working up a sweat. Thumb loops in the cuffs keep the sleeves in place and shield the wrists from draughts, and the extended back panel adds extra cover in the lower back.
Storage comes in the form of two zipped front pockets, one of which includes a D-ring for tools or keys, and the plastic zip closure has an inner wind flap to block cold air at the front. A high collar gives added protection around the neck. The STRIKER carries Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, meaning the fabric has been tested for harmful substances and is safe against the skin.
The jacket suits people working on construction sites, in landscaping, cleaning, painting, fishing or warehouse roles who need a warm, flexible layer that moves with them. Alongside the men's version, STRIKER is also available as the women's model 4745.
