The NITRAS SAFE AIR PRO is an FFP3 NR D respirator mask designed for work involving high levels of fine dust and airborne particles. Its fold-flat design keeps the mask compact until use, unfolds quickly and adapts well to different face shapes. A continuous white headband keeps it securely in place, even during extended wear.
The soft outer material combined with the inner foam sealing lip creates a comfortable, close fit against the skin without rubbing or pinching. The flexible, adjustable nose clip can be shaped to the individual face, reducing air leakage at the bridge of the nose, a detail that matters especially for glasses wearers who would otherwise struggle with fogged lenses. The exhalation valve makes breathing out noticeably easier and helps keep the microclimate inside the mask more comfortable during physical work.
FFP3 represents the highest filtration class among filtering half masks and protects against fine and very fine dust, smoke and aerosols. The NR marking indicates the mask is single-use only, while the D rating confirms it has passed the dolomite dust clogging test, a practical indicator of performance under demanding dust conditions. As Category III PPE, this mask is intended for professional use in environments with serious health risks.
