Product information "Rain Trousers"

These rain trousers from Blaklader are made for anyone working outdoors in wind and rain who still wants to stay dry, from tradespeople and gardeners to plumbers, fishermen and warehouse workers. They are designed to be lightweight, so they can be worn as an extra layer over regular workwear without restricting movement. A zip opening at the leg makes it quick and easy to put them on and take them off, even over safety boots.

The outer material is 100% polyester with a single coating and comes with a light mesh lining. This keeps the trousers comfortable to wear even over longer periods and helps maintain a better climate inside. The seams are taped, meaning no water can get through at the stitching points, a detail that's often missing on simpler rain trousers. The waist and leg openings can be adjusted individually thanks to a drawcord, elastic waistband, zip and hook-and-loop fastening, and the side pockets are secured with hook-and-loop closures as well.

With a water column rating of 5,000 mm, the trousers withstand extended periods of rain without letting moisture through. The breathability rating of 5,000 g/m²/24h allows body moisture to escape, preventing that clammy feeling from building up underneath. Combined with the windproof construction, these trousers offer reliable all-round protection against rain, wind and cold for anyone working outdoors.
