This two-part ratchet lashing strap is built for anyone who needs to secure loads reliably on vans, trailers or trucks. With a webbing width of 50 mm and a length of 8 metres, it suits medium to larger loads typically found in haulage, on construction sites or during furniture transport.
The strap is made from polyester, a material known for handling tensile loads well while resisting moisture, which keeps it dependable even in changing outdoor conditions. The two-part design with claw hook and safety spring lets the hooks be fastened securely into lashing points or eyelets, preventing them from working loose during transit. The bright orange colour also keeps the strap easy to spot in the load area.
The strap is certified to DIN EN 12195-2, the standard governing lashing straps made from man-made fibres used for securing loads on the road. It defines how much load the strap must withstand so cargo stays firmly in place during braking or cornering. With a lashing capacity (LC) of 2500 daN and a standard tension force (STF) of 300 daN, this strap is designed for professional use and is additionally TÜV/GS tested.
