The inba ratchet lashing strap is a one-piece tie-down strap designed for securing loads on trucks, trailers and vans. With a 50 mm width and a lashing capacity (LC) of 5000 daN, it is built for restraining heavy and bulky cargo in both commercial haulage and private trailer use. Available in lengths of 6, 8 and 10 metres, it can be matched to the load bed and cargo type at hand.
Made from polyester, the strap combines high tensile strength with low stretch, a pairing that keeps loads firmly and evenly secured even under the vibrations of transit, without needing constant re-tensioning. The ratchet mechanism delivers a controlled standard tension force (STF) of 300 daN and stays easy to operate, even while wearing gloves.
The strap is certified to DIN EN 12195-2, the standard for web lashing straps made from man-made fibres used in road vehicle load securing. It defines how lashing capacity and tension force are tested and stated, which is what makes the printed LC and STF values a reliable reference. The strap is additionally TÜV/GS tested, confirming an independent safety assessment.
Sold both as a single unit and in packs of 8, the ratchet lashing strap suits hauliers and fleet operators with regular demand as well as tradespeople and private users who need individual straps for transport with their own vehicle.
