Product information "Ratchet Lashing Strap 2-Part with Long Lever Ratchet"
This ratchet tie-down strap from our load securing range is the two-piece version fitted with claw hooks and an ergonomic long-lever ratchet, designed for anyone who needs to secure loads reliably on vehicles, trailers or in vans. The 50 mm wide strap is available in 8 m and 10 m lengths, so it can be matched to different load sizes and vehicle types.
The strap is made of polyester, a material known for high tensile strength and low stretch, which keeps it stable in shape even under repeated use and changing weather conditions. The ergonomic long-lever ratchet makes it possible to apply high tensioning forces without excessive effort, noticeably easing daily handling and reducing strain on the hands even with frequent use.
With a lashing capacity (LC) of 2500 daN and a standard tension force (STF) of 500 daN, the strap is built to securely hold medium to heavy loads in place. It meets the DIN EN 12195-2 standard, which sets requirements for man-made fibre webbing lashings used to secure loads on road vehicles, ensuring that strap and ratchet together can safely handle the stated forces. The TÜV/GS certification further confirms the product's tested safety.
The strap suits transport and haulage businesses, tradespeople, and anyone who regularly needs to secure loads on trailers, flatbeds or delivery vehicles. As the item is supplied in packs of 5, it is also a practical choice for commercial buyers with an ongoing need for multiple tie-down straps.
