The RUNNEX® S1PS ESD Safety Hook-and-Loop Sandals ActionStar are built for anyone working in dry environments who wants an open, breathable shoe without giving up certified foot protection. The bold black-and-green design pairs with a practical hook-and-loop closure that makes putting them on and taking them off quick and easy, which is especially handy when moving between the changing room and the workplace. Available in 13 sizes from 36 to 48, they suit a wide range of wearers.
The upper combines a durable microfibre material with printing and textile fabric, reinforced with abrasion-resistant protection at the toe and heel where wear is highest. Inside, the RUNNEX® AIRSTREAM functional lining keeps the foot climate pleasant, while the RUNNEX® SOFTtouch heel lining adds extra comfort around the heel. The dual-density PU/PU sole with RUNNEX® activeBumper cushioning noticeably absorbs impact while walking and standing, which makes a real difference over long shifts.
In terms of protection, the sandal meets EN ISO 20345:2022+A1:2024 in class S1PS FO, meaning it features a closed toe cap along with a penetration-resistant and fuel-resistant sole. It's also ESD-rated to EN 61340-5-1:2016, so it safely dissipates electrostatic charge, and it complies with DGUV112-191 for foot protection. As category II PPE, it offers reliable protection against both mechanical and electrostatic risks.
