The Prime-Flex 1" is a PVC water hose built for professional use, whether on construction sites, in landscaping or general commercial operations. With a 1 inch inner diameter and a wall thickness of 3.0 mm, it is designed for jobs that go well beyond what an ordinary garden hose can handle. Supplied as a 50-metre roll, it can be cut to length to suit the application.
The hose is made up of five layers with a high-strength mesh fabric reinforcement, and both the outer cover and inner core are made of PVC. This construction gives the hose excellent flexibility while resisting kinking and twisting, a real benefit when running longer hose lines or coiling and uncoiling the hose regularly. The build quality is geared towards intensive use and heavy demands, so the hose holds up well even under constant daily use.
Working pressure is rated at 10 bar (measured at 20 °C), and the hose performs across a temperature range of -15 °C to +50 °C, making it suitable for both cold and warm conditions. UV resistance protects the hose from becoming brittle during prolonged outdoor storage, and the material also prevents algae growth inside the hose.
