The Portwest Compositelite Tagus S1P is a safety sandal built for people who need reliable foot protection even in hot working conditions or warm weather. The perforated upper keeps air moving, while the adjustable hook-and-loop strap and rear pull tab make the sandal easy to put on and let you fine-tune the fit. A padded collar adds extra comfort around the heel.

The sandal is entirely metal-free and non-magnetic, since no nickel or iron has been used in its construction, which matters wherever metal components could interfere with equipment or trigger detectors. Despite this, a composite toe cap still protects against impact and compression, and an anti-penetration composite midsole shields the sole of the foot from sharp objects underfoot. The dual-density PU sole combines cushioning with support, and an energy-absorbing seat area reduces impact with every step.

Certified to S1P, the sandal offers protection against mechanical hazards to the foot, the SRC rating confirms slip resistance on ceramic and steel surfaces, and the outsole resists fuel and oil. Being certified to ESD Class 3 and suitable for ESD environments, it is well suited to workplaces where electrostatic discharge could damage sensitive components or processes, such as electronics manufacturing or areas handling flammable materials.
