The PW3 FR Modaflame Hi-Vis softshell gilet is built for anyone whose work brings them close to open flames, sparks or high heat while still needing to stay clearly visible. Part of the PW3 collection, it suits professionals in industry, utilities and construction who need flame-resistant protection and hi-vis in one garment.
The 3-layer softshell fabric combines several qualities that matter on site: it is hardwearing, breathable, windproof and water-repellent all at once. In practice this means the gilet keeps out wind and light rain while still letting body heat escape, so it stays comfortable during physical work. The windproof construction also helps prevent chilling during breaks outdoors. The chin guard keeps the zip from rubbing against the neck when fastened, and the radio loop keeps a microphone within easy reach without getting in the way.
The gilet's flame-resistant property does not diminish with wear, and even the zip itself is flame-resistant. The thermally bonded, heat-resistant, low-flammability reflective tape adds visibility without compromising the protective performance. Because the fabric is antistatic and free from nickel and iron, the gilet is also suitable for environments where magnetic or electrostatic interference needs to be avoided. CE certification confirms it meets the required protection standards.
Two zipped chest pockets and two zipped side pockets provide secure storage for tools and personal items so nothing falls out on the move. Available in Orange/Black and Yellow/Black and in sizes S to XXXL, the gilet can be matched to existing workwear and any team size.
