The PW3 Hi-Vis Cotton Comfort T-shirt is a long-sleeve hi-vis top built for anyone who needs to stay visible on site, in road work or in the rail industry without sacrificing comfort. The segmented tape design lets the fabric move with the body, so reaching overhead or bending down doesn't pull or restrict - a real difference on physically demanding shifts.
The breathable fabric with its high cotton content keeps the body warm, cool and dry as needed, and it feels soft against the skin rather than clinging the way pure synthetics can. Ribbed knitted cuffs seal the sleeves neatly and add extra warmth, while the generous fit and side vents leave plenty of room to move during manual work. A chest pocket keeps small items within easy reach.
Visibility comes from the heat-resistant, flame-retardant HiVisTex Pro reflective tape, certified to EN ISO 20471 even after 50 washes, meaning the reflective performance holds up over the working life of the garment. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating and blocks 98% of UV rays, which makes a noticeable difference for outdoor work. In orange, the shirt additionally meets RIS 3279-TOM requirements for the rail industry, and the garment is CE certified, UKCA marked, and available in sizes up to 5XL.
