The Karlskrona PU stretch trousers are weatherproof workwear for anyone who has to work outdoors in rain and wind. Designed as a rugged addition to everyday workwear, they suit tradespeople, construction workers and other outdoor professionals who need reliable protection from the elements to get through the working day.
The outer material is PU coating on a polyester backing fabric weighing around 190 g/m². The result is trousers that move with the body thanks to the stretch fabric, without feeling restrictive. Seams are welded so no water can get in at the seams. An elastic waistband with an additional drawcord ensures a secure fit, the leg ends can be individually adjusted with hook-and-loop tabs, and a zip in the outer leg seam makes putting the trousers on and taking them off much easier, even over safety boots.
With a hydrostatic head of 8,000 mm, the trousers are windproof and waterproof and meet EN 343 class 4/1/X, which covers protection against rain and wind while still allowing enough water vapour to pass through, so the trousers keep the wet out without trapping heat inside. They also meet EN ISO 13688, confirming the general requirements for protective clothing.
Supplied as bulk goods with a pack size of 20, the Karlskrona is well suited to equipping entire teams, for example in landscaping, on construction sites or for outdoor maintenance work.
