The PLANAM Canvas 320 Shorts are built for tradespeople who need serious protection and practical storage without the heat of full-length trousers. Part of the Canvas 320 range, they suit craftsmen and skilled workers who want a short workwear option that still delivers on functionality, with a ruler pocket, thigh pocket and reinforced back pocket ready for the jobsite, workshop or warehouse.
The outer fabric is a 65 % polyester, 35 % cotton blend in a sturdy canvas weave at around 320 g/m², giving it noticeable durability while remaining breathable thanks to the slightly brushed reverse side. High-stress areas such as the pockets are reinforced with original Cordura®, an extremely tear- and abrasion-resistant nylon fabric that keeps the shorts performing well even with frequent movement or contact with rough surfaces. The fabric is also shrink-resistant in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6330, so the fit holds up wash after wash.
Visibility is part of the design too: reflective piping on the pocket openings and flaps, along with silver reflective material, help wearers stay visible in low light. For everyday work, the shorts feature two pouch pockets in Cordura®, a double ruler pocket, a thigh pocket with flap, press studs and a patch mobile phone pocket, plus a reinforced back pocket. The round waistband with seven belt loops, elastic and a jeans button keeps everything secure while allowing freedom of movement.
This combination of features makes the shorts a good fit across a wide range of trades, including construction, metalworking, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, electrical and building services installation, landscaping, painting and decorating, woodworking, and automotive work. Available in nine colour combinations and sizes S to XXXL, they can be matched to company colours or personal preference.
