The PLANAM Norit Hybrid is a high-visibility jacket cut specifically for a women's fit, offering a genuine alternative to boxy unisex workwear. Available in sizes 36 to 54, it suits anyone who needs to stay visible and comfortable on construction sites, in road maintenance, logistics, or landscaping work.
The main fabric, a blend of 75% polyester and 25% cotton, provides a sturdy yet comfortable base, while the contrasted fabric with elastane content at the shoulders and sleeves allows freedom of movement. Additional stretchy inserts on the sides give the jacket its hybrid character: durable fabric where the garment takes the most strain, stretch fabric where mobility matters. Inside, fleece lining at the collar, sleeves and shoulders adds extra comfort in cooler working conditions.
Visibility comes from the fluorescent orange and yellow colourways combined with two segmented reflective strips around the sleeves and body, plus a reflective appliqué on the chest pocket, keeping the wearer noticeable even in poor light.
