The Norit Hybrid jacket from PLANAM combines the sturdy foundation of a classic workwear jacket with the benefits of a softshell outer layer. It's built for anyone working outdoors in changeable weather who still needs freedom of movement on the job. Available in 24 sizes and ten colour combinations, it can be matched to individual staff or entire teams alike.
The material mix makes a real difference day to day: the main body is made from a hard-wearing polyester-cotton blend, while the softshell outer layer with its TPU membrane adds protection against wind and moisture without making the jacket feel stiff or heavy. Inside, a fleece lining at the collar, arms and shoulders keeps things comfortable against the skin, while nylon reinforcements at high-wear points such as the elbows help the jacket last longer. A stretch insert at the side moves with the body instead of restricting it, making the jacket a reliable companion for work that involves a lot of bending and reaching.
The features are equally practical: two side pockets with zips and sturdy flaps plus a breast pocket provide secure storage, while reflective piping on the breast pocket and back adds visibility in dark or busy work environments.
