The Cushionpro® Core low-cut shoe from the elysee® range is a safety shoe built for anyone who wants lasting comfort combined with dependable protection. The textile upper with TPU applications keeps the shoe light and flexible, while the ergonomically shaped, padded collar and the padded tongue in textile and microfibre prevent pressure points even during long shifts. The eyelet lacing system allows the fit to be adjusted to the individual foot.
The construction pays off in everyday use: the breathable mesh lining keeps feet dry, and the removable CushionPro® insole cushions impact and can be swapped for orthopaedic footbeds, as the shoe is certified for orthopaedic use under DGUV rule 112-191. TPU protection at the toe and heel shields the areas most prone to wear without adding unnecessary bulk, and since the entire shoe is completely metal-free, it is also suitable for workplaces with metal detectors.
The EN ISO 20345:2022 + A1:2024 S1PS FO SR SC ESD standard covers a wide range of protection: the composite toe cap guards against impact and compression injuries, the puncture-resistant textile midsole stops sharp objects from penetrating from below, and the slip-resistant TPU outsole provides secure grip on smooth surfaces. The ESD function safely dissipates static charge, making the shoe suitable for environments with sensitive electronics, while the sole's fuel and oil resistance (FO) supports use in workshops and production settings.
