This original Blåkläder insole is purpose-built for the Retro and Elite safety shoe collections and is designed to fit exclusively within these two ranges. Anyone looking to refresh their Retro or Elite shoes with a replacement insole, without losing ESD protection or the original fit, gets the manufacturer's own matched solution here.
The insole is made from soft PU material that moulds anatomically to the foot, giving a genuinely comfortable feel throughout the working day. The perforated textile upper absorbs moisture well and wicks it away, which means drier feet during long shifts or in warm working conditions. A stable heel support and arch support add extra grip and stability, while the cushioning absorbs shock with every step.
Developed together with Camp Pro, the insole is ESD tested to IEC 61340-5-1 and therefore antistatic, meaning it safely dissipates electrostatic charge in a controlled way. This matters in work environments where electronic components or sensitive equipment need protection from static discharge. Combined with its shock-absorbing properties, the insole suits jobs involving long periods of standing alongside ESD safety requirements, such as electronics assembly, skilled trades and industrial settings.
