The Norway wader boots, standard version, combine bib trousers and boots into a single one-piece garment, ideal for any job where water threatens from below: on fishing boats, at the harbour, in fish processing, or in wet outdoor environments generally. Anyone who has previously worn separate trousers and boots knows the problem of leaky seams at the join – here that issue simply does not arise, since both parts are permanently fused at the factory.
The trousers are made from PVC on a polyester backing fabric with a weight of 600 g/m², while the boots feature a PVC shaft and a PVC/nitrile sole. This combination of materials creates a tough, waterproof surface that holds up well under mechanical strain. The seams are double-welded rather than stitched, which prevents leaks at the most vulnerable points. The straps are individually adjustable via plastic buckles, so the waders fit properly even over other clothing.
As footwear, the boot section meets the EN ISO 20345 standard, providing the basic level of protection expected from safety footwear in professional use. Combined with the PVC construction of the whole garment, this makes the product a solid choice for both wet conditions and more demanding work environments.
The olive green colour and one-piece design make the Norway Standard a classic choice for fishing, aquaculture, dyke construction, sewer work, and any job carried out in or around water. It is available in sizes 39 to 48, covering a wide range of foot sizes.
