The Norway hi-vis pilot jacket Erik is a weatherproof high-visibility jacket built for anyone who needs to stay clearly visible on construction sites, roads or outdoor jobs while staying warm in cold conditions. Its 4-in-1 design adapts to changing weather: the collar and sleeves can be removed, and the pile lining taken out, turning the warm winter jacket into a lighter transitional jacket or even a vest when needed.
The outer fabric, a blend of cotton and polyester at around 250 g/m², makes for a sturdy jacket that still feels comfortable to wear, while the water-repellent coating keeps rain at bay. The 100% polyester lining and additional pile fleece provide warmth without adding unnecessary bulk. Ribbed cuffs at the sleeves and hem seal out draughts, and the one-way front zip is easy to operate even with gloves on. Six pockets in total, including two chest pockets, a phone pocket, two hip pockets, a sleeve pocket and an inner pocket, offer plenty of room for tools, a phone and personal items.
The jacket meets EN ISO 20471 class 3, the highest visibility class for protective workwear, keeping wearers clearly visible in daylight and darkness alike – essential for anyone working near traffic, vehicles or machinery. When worn as a separate vest, it meets class 2. It also complies with EN ISO 13688, which sets out general requirements for protective clothing.
