The shirt is entirely metal-free, from the snap fasteners to the closure, making it suitable for work where metal components pose an extra risk. Two chest pockets with flaps and snap closures, plus a pen loop, provide practical storage for everyday tasks.
The fabric blends Modacrylic, cotton, aramid and polyamide with a small antistatic fibre content, woven as a durable ripstop material weighing 200 g/m². This composition is inherently flame-resistant, meaning the protective property is built into the fibre itself and does not wash out over time. In practice, that means a shirt that stays comfortable to wear despite its protective function and still allows enough freedom of movement for physical work.
The certifications cover a wide range of hazards: EN ISO 11612 confirms protection against heat and flame, EN ISO 20471 addresses high-visibility requirements for roadside work, with the shirt reaching Class 2 on its own and Class 3 when combined with other high-vis garments. EN 1149-5 certifies the antistatic finish, EN 13034 provides basic protection against certain chemicals, and IEC 61482-2 confirms suitability for arc-flash risk, with an ATPV rating of 8.1 cal/cm². Broken flame-resistant reflective tape adds visibility in low-light conditions.
