The Blaklader Multinorm Overall Inherent is a full-body protective coverall designed for professionals facing multiple hazards at once, such as electricians, road and construction workers, or field service technicians. Rather than relying on an added treatment, the flame-resistant properties are woven directly into the fibres of the fabric, so the protection stays intact wash after wash. Despite its extensive protective functions, the coverall feels soft and allows good freedom of movement, making it far more comfortable to wear through a full working day.

The fabric blend of modacrylic, FR viscose, polyester, cotton and aramid is double-woven and comes in at 310 g/m², striking a solid balance between durability and wearability. The ripstop weave gives it exceptional tear resistance, while the knees are reinforced with CORDURA®/Kevlar®/Protal® fabric and fitted with external kneepad pockets. The surface is water- and dirt-repellent, and the entire coverall is built metal-free, an important detail when working around electrical hazards. The numerous pockets are double-reinforced at high-wear points and designed to meet certification requirements, including an opening that allows access to garments worn underneath.

The certifications cover a wide range of risks: EN ISO 11612 protects against heat and flame, EN ISO 11611 covers hazards from welding work, EN 13034 PB [6] guards against certain chemical splashes, EN 1149-5 addresses electrostatic charge build-up, and IEC 61482-2 protects against the thermal effects of an electric arc. With EN ISO 20471 Class 3, the coverall also delivers the highest level of high-visibility protection, essential when working near traffic or heavy machinery. Flame-resistant reflective stripes on the shoulders further boost visibility in poor lighting conditions.

Thanks to this combination of standards, the coverall is particularly suited to environments where several hazards overlap, such as construction sites near traffic, electrical work, or industrial service roles. Adjustable cuffs, a high collar with zip closure, and loops for gas detectors or microphones add practical touches for professionals who rely on functional details on the job.
