The Modaflame Knit HVO FR long-sleeve polo shirt is built for anyone working in explosive or fire-risk environments who still wants a garment that feels good to wear all day. Part of the Modaflame™ Knit HVO collection, it brings multi-hazard protection to a polo shirt cut that stays comfortable even as an extra layer.
The lightweight, innovative fabric relies on a unique fibre blend to combine protection with strong breathability and moisture management. In practice, that means less heat build-up during long shifts spent under protective clothing. Ribbed knit cuffs in contrasting navy add comfort and a secure fit at the wrists, while the generous fit allows freedom of movement for physical work. The inherent flame resistance is not affected by washing, and the shirt keeps its shape wear after wear.
On the protection side, this polo shirt meets several standards at once. It is CE certified to Category III, suitable for use in ATEX environments, and finished with an antistatic treatment - a key feature anywhere electrostatic discharge poses a risk. In orange, it also meets the RIS 3279-TOM standard for the rail industry and carries a high-quality, sew-on flame-resistant reflective tape for better visibility.
