The Modaflame Knit FR Sock is built for anyone who needs more than an ordinary sock underneath their safety footwear. It belongs to the Modaflame collection for flame-resistant multi-norm protection, making it suited to work environments where heat or sparks are a real concern. At 28 cm in height, the sock extends well above the ankle, closing the gap between trouser and boot reliably.
Knitted at gauge 12, the sock holds its shape well and keeps its fit even after extended wear. The elastic leg cuff keeps it securely in place without cutting in, while the seamless toe construction is something you notice on long shifts, since it prevents the rubbing and pressure points that ordinary socks can cause inside safety boots.
The sock's flame resistance is inherent to the fabric itself, so it is not a coating that wears off, and it stays effective even after washing.
