The Men's Softshell Vest Classic is a versatile companion for anyone working outdoors or in draughty areas, even in changeable weather. It layers well over chef jackets, shirts or tops, making it just as suitable for use in restaurants and hotels as for private leisure activities. The front zip allows for quick and easy putting on and taking off, a real advantage during a busy working day.
The outer fabric is made from a 3-layer functional material with a TPU membrane that is windproof, breathable and waterproof up to a water column of 5,000 mm. This means the vest reliably keeps out moisture and draughts without causing heat build-up. The microfleece lining on the inside adds a pleasantly warm feel against the skin. The elastic drawcord at the hem can be adjusted individually for a good fit, while two zippered side pockets and a vertical zippered chest pocket provide practical storage for small items.
The OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification confirms that the material has been tested for harmful substances and is therefore safe even for sensitive skin contact.
Whether worn as a warming layer over a chef jacket in a cool storeroom, as transitional wear in outdoor service areas, or simply as practical clothing for commuting to and from work, the softshell vest offers a wide range of applications thanks to its sturdy construction and weatherproof properties.
