The MaxiCut® Ultra™ AD-APT® by ATG® is a cut-resistant glove designed for precision work in dry conditions, where sharp or heavy objects create a real risk of injury. It suits professionals who need fine dexterity on the job without sacrificing reliable hand protection.
The glove is built from a liner made of nylon, steel fibre, polyester, UHMWPE, spandex and glass fibre, coated with a silicone-free NBR compound. This combination delivers a durable yet flexible glove: the nitrile butadiene rubber coating provides solid grip on dry surfaces, while the steel and glass fibre content gives the glove its cut resistance without making it feel stiff or bulky. DURAtech® technology adds further abrasion resistance for everyday wear.
The glove meets ISO cut protection level D, making it suitable for handling heavy, sharp objects. CUTtech® technology contributes to its high cut resistance, relevant for tasks involving blades, sheet metal or other sharp-edged materials. As Category II PPE, it protects against medium-level risks commonly encountered in daily work.
Typical applications for the MaxiCut® Ultra™ AD-APT® include construction and road building, government and public sector work, the printing industry, waste management, vehicle and aircraft manufacturing, as well as forestry, gardening, agriculture and foundry work.
