The Blaklader Inherent long-sleeve shirt is a functional base layer built for people who work under demanding conditions and need dependable protection they can rely on all day. The knitted fabric blends modacrylic, cotton, aramid, polyamide and an antistatic fibre, so the protective qualities are built into the fibre itself rather than added as a coating. In practice, that means the shirt stays soft and flexible against the skin: the interlock knit at 250 g/m² moves with the body and gives enough freedom for physical work. A ribbed collar and ribbed cuffs finish the garment neatly, while side vents add extra ease of movement.

It's tested to EN ISO 11612 for heat and flame resistance, to EN 1149-5 for antistatic performance that helps prevent dangerous static build-up, and to EN 61482-2 for protection against the effects of an electric arc.
