The front panel is made from a twill fabric with a high proportion of Tencel lyocell, a material derived from wood that feels naturally soft and helps regulate moisture, keeping the wearer dry and reducing odour build-up. The back and sleeves are crafted from an extra-fine jersey piqué fabric that ensures breathability and temperature balance, partly made from recycled polyester (PCR). This combination keeps the jacket comfortable even during long shifts at the stove. Thoughtful details such as the stylish stand-up collar, adjustable cuffs, concealed press-stud placket, and the loop at the back of the collar for securing a bib apron reflect a practical, well-considered design.
