This hybrid jacket is cut specifically for the female figure and designed for women who work outdoors or in changing conditions during colder months. It combines thin but warm padding across the front and back of the body and part of the hood with softshell fabric at the shoulders, arms and sides. The result feels less like standard workwear and more like a comfortable sweater, one that can be worn on its own or layered underneath another jacket without restricting freedom of movement.
The outer fabric is 100% polyester with a brushed inner surface on one side, giving it a soft feel against the skin while adding extra insulation. The stretch panels let the jacket move with the body, which makes a real difference when crouching or reaching overhead during physical work. A two-way plastic zip with a fleece-lined wind flap can be opened from the top or bottom, keeping draughts out, while the ribbed cuffs and extended back add further protection against cold air getting in.
The fixed hood is permanently attached and partly padded as well, keeping head and neck covered in rough weather. Zippered chest pockets provide secure storage for tools or personal items without getting in the way during work. Being half-lined keeps the jacket light enough to move freely in, yet warm enough for extended periods outdoors.
